Our unique character meeting space (34m2) is available to hire independently or in conjunction with accommodation.  The meeting space features central heating, natural daylight, kitchenette, surround sound system, projector, large whiteboard, flip chart, excellent WiFi with flexible seating arrangements. The room seats up to 35 theatre style, 12 boardroom, 10 classroom, 50 cocktail.  Available for hire by the half day, full day.  Please contact us for more info and pricing.

Perfect for large families, sports groups, wedding parties, and corporate groups. The Eco Villa's central location means your group can walk to all central city attractions and restaurants. You can make the most of Eco Villa’s large beautiful upcycled timber kitchen, or cook outside on the BBQ and enjoy the outdoor seating area (with heaters for those colder months). There is also a large meeting room/dining room to self-cater or let us arrange catering for you. A beautiful and unique homely option for your group; the Eco Villa features a large edible guest garden, outdoor private baths, cozy guest lounge, meeting space, games and movie room, free bikes and more.

unique, boutique venue with indoor and outdoor options

The villa can transform into an intimate venue with options for private events in our meeting space or a garden style event on our covered back deck area. Options include self-catering using our large guest kitchen and/or outdoor BBQ, or we can arrange the catering for you. The covered outdoor deck overlooking the garden has optional pull down PVC screens and infrared heaters. Banquet seating for approximately 30 guests for both the meeting space or garden deck. The outdoor deck can seat up to 40 theatre style with overflow into the garden and 50 people cocktail style on the deck with overflow into the garden. A unique venue to host a small wedding or the perfect accommodation for a bridal party or extended family.  We are walking distance to many larger venues for wedding ceremonies and receptions. The villa is just across the road from the Cardboard Cathedral, around the corner from the Rydges Hotel, and walking distance to many unique restaurants, churches, and event spaces that can host ceremonies and receptions. Contact us to find our more about how we can help make your special day a unique and memorable occasion.
